How to submit a complaint

Use in-chat Report when possible. For a wider complaint, email talk@thewebsite with the date/time, a clear description, and only the minimum information needed to investigate.

What happens next

Talkifi may review available session, report, and technical information; take moderation action; or seek further information where appropriate. Outcomes can include warnings, restrictions, blocks, or removal of access.

Lawful requests

Talkifi does not permit illegal activities. When we receive a valid legal request or become aware of circumstances requiring action under applicable law, we may take appropriate action and cooperate with lawful authorities.
